I moved into my apartment on October 31 and I used my oven for the first time 2 weeks ago. (I figured I better make sure it works halfway into my lease.) So.... I had bought some strawberry's and was craving some fresh strawberry pie. I was randomly feeling ambitious one night at like 2 am and decided to go for it. It turned out delish and 100% homemade by J!
Unfortunately most of it went to waste because I never made it to my parents to share and one girl can't eat a whole pie alone. The two pieces I had though were fantastic!
I know what you mean. I never cook or bake anymore because I either waste too much or I have to eat it for a week. BTW - other than the fact that I need to see you, I am looking for a roomate to rent a room from me. If you know anyone can you send them my way? Thank you!
